Two things

on this beautiful 84 degree sunny day there are two things that I am really thankful for...

1. a backyard where I can plant a garden. The garden was started with Mark's parents help. Today I have been tilling it and weeding it. It is hard work but worth it. We already have many plants growing....lettuce, radishes, green onions, strawberries. today i planted cantaloupe and watermelon. I can't wait until all these plants start producing fruit.

2. a husband who is more than willing and happily sending me on a girls weekend! In the beginning of June I am flying up to Boston to see two of my very best friends. we will be spending a long weekend together minus kids. I really can't imagine what I will do with myself. No nap schedules, no tantrums, no car seats, no 6 AM wakeups....just hanging out, laughing, eating, sleeping, watching movies and chatting till the cows come home with two of the most wonderful girls in the world. Ruth and Meghan, I can't wait girls!!!!!
