Basil turned one on March 22nd. We didn't have a big party or anything. We did celebrate with Mark's parents the week before. They came down to visit so we had a cake and opened some presents. Basil is allergic to eggs so I went to Whole Foods and bought a vegan chocolate cake. Basos didn't like it, but Oliver did!
While Mark's parents were here they wanted to buy a gift for Basos. We went with them to Toys R Us. We left the store with three gifts for Oliver (it was not his b-day) and one gift for Basos. Poor little Basos, always getting the bad end of the deal.
