Basos and the tricycle

We bought this tricycle for Oliver close to two years ago. He still does not understand how to use the pedals. I wish he would figure out. He would LOVE it. I tried Basos on it for the first time and he kind of liked. He doesn't smile as easily as Oliver does, so sometimes it is hard to tell what he is thinking...
